The hills of Medallo go around, go up again, get steeper and come back. Also, sometimes they are our stairs.

Art like the one that surrounds the Center of Medellín, walking from the Parque de las Luces through Carabobo to the Plaza de Botero, where it doesn't take much to delight in the round sculptures.

Round like the smiles of those paisas who, if you get lost along the way, show you where the Museum of Antioquia is and even show you where to take the Metro.

Take the Metro to Poblado Station, and take a walk through the Park and its surroundings, go up La Presidenta to Vía Primavera and even crave something from Fou. Go outside and breathe fresh air.

Cool as the patch in the river, lying on the grass looking for clouds in a very blue sky. You can walk all that next to the river, and be careful that a philharmonic is not going to appear there next to the Metropolitan Theater.

Did you get bored of walking? You can rent or borrow a bicycle, and from Río I went up to Laureles. Of course, you park your bike there so you can enjoy all those neighborhoods on foot.

On foot we have to climb the Loma de las Tres Cruces, at the rhythm of the sport and with the prize of an orange juice waiting higher up.

Above the clouds and some houses of El Poblado and Las Palmas, the city in front of us like a goal, or like a dream.
